COP-28 එකේ PM මොඩි උසස්පෙල් ජාතික මන්ත්‍රීවරුන්ට අරගෙන ය‍වන විශේෂයක් විස්තර කරත්ති.
COP-28 ප්‍රභවයේ දුම්බි ප්‍රජාතන්ත්‍රවාදයේ සහකරුවන් ට සහාය කළා, 2023 දෙසැම්බර් 1 වන දින, ප්‍රභේදයට පතන "ප්‍රතිෂ්ඨ හිමිකම් ලිපිවූ මයාර් මර්ගය" කොපියේ-28 දින දුම්බි, එය, උගුරිය, එකම රාජ්‍යය සඳහා තහවුරු කිරීම දියුණු කිරීමේ අවස්ථාවීයයයි.
සුදුසු සංඛ්‍යානුකූලව, ඔහු එක් කරනුතු උපකරණය කළහැකි, 2050 වරදක් සමඟ ප්‍රජාතන්ත්‍රවාද රාජ්‍යයන්ට ප්‍රමාද දියුණු වන්නේ සෑම අන්තර්ජාලයක්දීය.
"ඔහුගේ ප්‍රභේදයෙහි, ප්‍රතිකාරකම් වලට වාහන-ස්ථාවක්, වියරණයේ සිදුවූ ප්‍රතිවිඩයෙහි ක්‍රියා කරනු ලබනප්රජාතන්ත්‍රවාද නුමැතිය, විද්‍යාගාරය (මෙවලම් ලිපිය සඳහා) ප්‍රජාතන්ත්‍රවාද රාජ්‍යයන් සහ ඔවුන්ගේ NDCs සමඟ අභ්‍යවකාශය එක් කිරීම යයි".
උදාහරණය කළ කාලසීමා ක්‍රිකට් හිමිකයේ සිදුවීමට වෙනස් කිරීම, කාලසීම් ලිවූ සහායවූ සහ අඩසු ස්ථාපිත ව්‍යවසායකයාගේ සත්කාරයන් සඳහා සාප්පු ස්ථාපනය කිරීම, සියලුම ක්‍රිඩිට් කොළඹින් දැනුම්දීම් නියෝජ්‍ය කර ඇත.
මෙයට අත්වැල් බැගුනුකිරීමේදී, ප්‍රභවයේ-28 හිමිවීමේදී මෙවත්වලින් ඉන්වෙයි සම්පූර්ණයේ බලවේගයේ ජනතාවීන් සහ ෆිලිපේ නියීක්ෂණය කිරීමේ උපකරණයන් @ස්විඩිෂ්න්ගෙන්, මොසැම්බික් ප්‍රජාතන්ත්‍රවාද ප්රජාතේ විසින් සහ @eucopresident @CharlesMichelවේලාවන්ට සහභාගී වීමට පට්ට ඇති වැඩිදුරටත්, මේ උත්සාහයේදී MEA සංක්‍රියාවෙන් කෙටි විනාශයක් X සම්බන්ධතාවයෙන් Bagchi කේන්ද්‍රයේ පළකැටුමක් සපුරාලාවේදී සැපයේ.
පෙරදිගුණු නැති තැනක්, දිනපොළේ නව ගිනිකම් ප්රකාශයේ, ප්‍රජාතන්ත්‍රවාද මෙවනින් වෙනස් බලවේගන්නා අතර සමීපතින් සහ ආගන්ෂේ සියළු සමාජයේ සහ ආයතනයේ අවවාද කිහිපයක්දීය.

When translated back to English, this reads:

Participating in the COP-28 Presidency's Session on "Transforming Climate Finance" in Dubai, UAE on December 1, 2023, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stressed the need to make affordable climate finance available to developing countries.
At the same time, he called for developed countries to eliminate their carbon footprint by 2050.
"During his address, Prime Minister voiced the concerns of the Global South and reiterated the urgency of making the means of implementation, particularly climate finance, available to the developing countries to achieve their climate ambitions and implement their NDCs," the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said.
The event focussed on making climate finance more available, accessible, and affordable to developing countries.
Prime Minister Modi called for the COP-28 to deliver on the following issues related to Climate Finance:
1. Progress in New Collective Quantified Goal on Climate Finance
2. Replenishment of Green Climate Fund & Adaptation Fund
3. Affordable Finance to be made available by MDBs for Climate Action
4. Developed countries must eliminate their carbon footprint before 2050
In his address, Prime Minister Modi welcomed the operationalisation of Loss and Damage Fund and establishment of the UAE climate Investment Fund at COP-28.
Later PM Modi and UAE President and Ruler of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan co-hosted a High-level Event on Green Credits Programme at COP-28. The event also saw participation of @SwedishPM, President Filipe Nyusi of Mozambique & @eucopresident @CharlesMichel.
At the same time, he called for developed countries to eliminate their carbon footprint by 2050.
